Employer Accounts:
- Email address and password (encrypted)
- Full name
- Phone number
- Company name
- Company logo (optional)
- 8-digit employer code (automatically generated)
- Payment information (processed through Stripe - we do not store credit card details)
- Subscription status and user count
Employee Accounts:
- Email address and password (encrypted)
- Full name
- Phone number
- Employer code (to link with employer account)
- Position/title
- Assigned role (Crew Member, Crew Foreman, Admin, or Workload Planning)
- Crew assignment information
2.2 Job and Work Data
- Job site locations and addresses
- Job codes, work orders, and job status information
- Crew names, crew codes, and assignments
- Safety checklists and checklist responses
- Photos uploaded for job documentation
- PDF documents and reports generated from job and checklist data
- Digital signatures
- One Call ticket numbers and locate information
- GPS coordinates for job sites and routing
- User notes and comments
- Calendar and scheduling data
- Custom keywords and filters
- Notification and alert settings (including delivery status where available)
- Workload dashboard / web portal settings (when enabled), such as whether crews are displayed

With your permission, we collect:
- Device location for mapping job sites

You can control location permissions through your device settings. Disabling location services may limit certain features such as mapping and routing.

7.4 Control Location Tracking
You can enable or disable location services through your device settings. Note that disabling location may limit mapping and routing features.

You can view and manage your subscription through Settings → Subscription Management in the app, or contact support@kruvex.com for assistance.
7.6 Opt-Out of Communications
You cannot opt-out of essential service communications (account verification, password resets, important updates), but we do not send marketing emails.

If you are a California resident, you have the following rights under the California Consumer Privacy Act:

You have the right to request information about the categories and specific pieces of personal information we have collected, used, disclosed, and sold about you.

We do NOT sell personal information, so there is no need to opt-out.
