JobCore LLC (“Company”, “we”, “our”, or “us”) respects your privacy and is committed to protecting it through our compliance with this policy. The Services are designed to help teams manage job sites and work orders, coordinate crews, support safety and compliance workflows, and document field work.
This policy applies only to information we collect through the Services and in communications, including email, text, chat, and other electronic messages, between you and the Services. It does not apply to information collected by us offline or through any other means, or by any third party.

Children’s and Minors’ Data
Our Services are not intended for, and we do not knowingly collect any personal data from, children under the age of 18. If we learn we have collected or received personal data from a child under 18 years old without verification of parental consent, we will delete that information.

- Payment information (processed through Stripe). Company does not store or process credit card or payment information.
- Account history, including information about your subscription, account, transactions, purchases, order history, or discounts.
- Job and work data, including job site locations and addresses, job codes, work orders and job status information, crew names, crew codes and assignments, safety checklists and checklist responses, One Call ticket numbers and locate information, GPS coordinates for job sites and routing, user notes and comments, calendar and scheduling data, customer keywords and filters, notification and alert settings, and workload dashboard / web portal settings.
- Device location for mapping job site and location data for route optimization.
- Device information, including your IP address, device identifiers, operating system and version, preferred language, hardware identifiers, browser type and settings, and other device information.
- Content and information you elect to provide as part of your profile.
- Statistics or aggregated information derived from personal data that does not directly identify a specific person.
- Technical information including information about your internet connection and usage details about your interactions with the Services.
How We Collect Your Personal and Other Data
We collect information about you when you interact with our Services, such as when you create or update an account, place an order or subscribe.
When you interact with the Services, there are third parties that may use automatic collection technologies to collect information about you or your device. These third parties include:
- Firebase — Authentication, database and file storage (firebase.google.com)
- Stripe — Payment processing (stripe.com)
- Google Maps — Location services and mapping (google.com/maps)
How We Use Your Information
We use information that we collect about you or that you provide to us, including any personal data, to:
- Provide you with the Services and any contents, features, information, products, or services available through the Services.
- Enable job management, assignment and status tracking.
- Facilitate crew coordination, crew assignments and schedules.
- Apply role-based access controls and permission checks.
- Display job locations on maps and provide route planning / routing optimization features.
- Provide One Call / 811 ticket tracking and status viewing features.
- Store and display photos and other job documentation.
- Provide safety checklists, customer forms, and digital signatures.
- Enable calendar and scheduling features.
- Generate PDFs for job records and reports.
- Provide notifications and in-app alerts.
- Provide workload dashboard / web portal access and sharing controls.
- Send account verification emails, password resets, and important service updates.
- Provide customer support and respond to your questions and inquiries.
- Improve our Services, including by analyzing your information and creating aggregated data.
- Carry out our obligations and enforce our rights arising from any contracts entered into between you and us.
- Notify you when Services updates are available and about changes to products or services.
Who We Disclose Your Information To
We may disclose aggregated information about our users, and information that does not identify any individual, without restriction.

Protection measures include encryption, password protection, Firebase security rules, access controls, regular updates and monitoring for suspicious activity and potential security threats. However, no website, mobile application, system, electronic storage, or online service is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee the security of your personal data.
How We Retain Your Personal Data
We keep the categories of personal data described in this policy for as long as reasonably necessary to fulfill the purposes described or as otherwise legally permitted or required. At the end of the retention period, personal data will be deleted, destroyed, or deidentified.
