⚠️ Important Notice

Kruvex provides One-Call ticket tracking, status monitoring, and notification features as a convenience tool to assist contractors, crews, project managers, and excavators in managing excavation activities.

Kruvex does not generate, submit, approve, validate, or guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or legal sufficiency of any One-Call ticket, locate response, clearance notification, or utility marking information.

All ticket data, status updates, and responses displayed within the Kruvex platform are dependent upon third-party systems, including but not limited to state One-Call centers (811 services), utility owners, contract locators, and related service providers. Kruvex does not own, operate, or control these systems and cannot guarantee the timeliness, availability, or accuracy of information received from them.

User Acknowledgment and Agreement

By accessing or using Kruvex, users acknowledge and agree that:

Excavation Responsibility
The legal responsibility to obtain valid excavation clearance remains solely with the excavator, contractor, permit holder, or responsible party performing the work.
Independent Verification Requirement
All ticket numbers, locate responses, and clearance statuses must be independently verified directly through the applicable state One-Call center prior to any excavation activity.
No Replacement of Statutory Notice
Use of Kruvex does not replace, satisfy, or supersede any federal, state, or local 811/One-Call notification requirement or damage-prevention law.
No Warranty of Accuracy or Availability
Kruvex makes no warranties or representations, express or implied, regarding the accuracy, reliability, completeness, or availability of ticket data or locate status information.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Kruvex shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages, including but not limited to utility strikes, service interruptions, project delays, regulatory penalties, property damage, personal injury, or financial loss arising from:
- Reliance on ticket or locate data
- Third-party reporting errors
- System outages or downtime
- Data transmission delays
- User misuse or failure to verify clearance
Assumption of Risk
Users assume all risk associated with excavation activities and compliance with applicable utility damage-prevention laws and regulations.
Indemnification
Users agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Kruvex, its owners, officers, employees, contractors, and affiliates from and against any and all claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including legal fees) arising out of or related to:
- Excavation activities
- Utility damages or strikes
- Failure to obtain lawful clearance
- Misuse of the platform
